A floating delight on water
This restaurant is simply sensational. A giant floating platform studded with fish traps immersed in the sea containing various species of fish, such as Red Snapper, Tiger Prawns, Crabs, Lobsters, Sea Cicadas and many others…
Thai Cuisine. Seafood. Phuket The platform and the view offer an idyllic 360-degree landscape on the sea. You can isolate yourself in one of the corners with a view of Koh Maprao Island or choose the view of the coast of Phuket, where a few fishing boats pass by each other.
Around 5:30 PM, at the dawn of sunset, the sky and the sea provide an exceptional setting. The restaurant closes the kitchen at 10 PM and welcomes its guests from 11 AM, every day.

In addition to being able to choose your fish and shellfish, it is an ideal spot to observe the different species found in the Andaman Sea. Many “traps” have been set up on both sides of this giant raft to accommodate and separate different species of fish and shellfish.
Some are for eating, others for observation. The prices are very reasonable.

You can get there by private boat if you wish. There are numerous parking spots. Also, you can take a boat to one of Koh Maprao Island’s beaches if you desire.
Free boat shuttle
Located between Laem Hin and Koh Maprao, access is by boat (Long Tail Boat). A short and pleasant sea trip. The journey takes about 5 minutes.
