From 2009 to 2021, Martin served as the British Honorary Consul in Phuket, representing the British Embassy and assisting a significant number of British nationals over more than a decade. He was involved in many complex and sensitive cases, supporting individuals and families through challenging circumstances.
Known for his calm, measured approach and confidentiality, he earned the confidence of both the community and the institutions he represented—qualities that continue to define Phuket Concierge today.
Lillian Woon Carpenter, Martin’s wife and business partner, is the operational driving force behind the company. As General Manager, she leads day-to-day operations and heads the Property Management Division.
With experience managing some of Phuket’s finest luxury properties, Lillian brings structure, precision, and consistency to the business. Widely regarded as the “nuts and bolts” of Phuket Concierge, she ensures every detail is delivered seamlessly while maintaining the attentive care that defines the company.
