The skilled artisans, known affectionately as pizzaioli, who work in this establishment are dedicated to their craft. Each pizza is lovingly hand-stretched, cooked in just 90 seconds at high temperature, and emerges with a soft cornicione and a patina of crunchiness, encapsulating the essence of true Neapolitan style.
