Website creation, Phuket and Thailand

Platforms built to bring you business.
Not just websites.

Since 2007 we have run franco-media.com, a trilingual media platform that lives on search traffic. We build the same kind of tool for serious businesses: designed with care, structured for Google from the first line, and judged on what it returns.

What you get

A platform designed around your customer’s search, your booking flow and your margins. Typography, colour, interface, speed, structure: nothing is left to chance, because every detail either earns trust or loses it.

Fixed quotes. Payment by stage. One person accountable from the first call to the handover.

A website is a page on the internet. A platform is a tool that works for you every day.

The difference is not the software. It is the thinking before the first screen is drawn: who searches for you, what they need to see to pick up the phone, and how the site keeps earning that visit month after month.

Return first

Every page has a job: a booking, a call, an enquiry. We design for that job and measure it, so you know what the platform brings in.

Search built in

Structure, speed, wording and content planned for Google before design starts, not added afterwards. Articles that rank are part of the offer, not an option.

Craft in every detail

Typography, colour palettes, interface, user journeys, accessibility. Visitors cannot name these things, but they feel them, and they decide in seconds whether you are serious.

What we build

Businesses where the website has to earn its keep

We specialise in hospitality and tourism in Thailand, where a booking lost to a slow page or a confusing form is money lost that night. The same method serves any business that needs durable visibility.

Hotels, resorts and villas

Direct bookings instead of commission: booking engine integration, rate and availability display, chat and WhatsApp, multilingual pages for the markets you actually sell to, and content that ranks for the searches travellers make before they book.

Talk about your hotel

Restaurants and spas

Reservations that work on a phone in ten seconds, menus and treatment lists that stay easy to update, Google Business and map presence tied to the site, and the local search visibility that fills tables and treatment rooms on quiet days.

Talk about your venue

Tour and activity booking platforms

Catalogue, dates, availability and payment in one flow, built to sell directly rather than through marketplaces that keep the margin and the customer. Structured so each tour can rank on its own.

Talk about your platform

Other serious businesses

Clinics, real estate, galleries, schools, professional services: any owner who needs a long-term tool for visibility and enquiries, and wants a developer who thinks about the business before the pixels.

How we work

Six steps, fixed quotes, no surprises

You see the architecture before we design, the design before we build, and the finished platform before it goes live. Each stage is paid before it starts, so there is never a dispute about what was agreed. Count on two to three months from the first call to launch, depending on size, languages and how ready your content is.

Hosting and software are chosen to keep your running costs low: you own the domain, the hosting account and the site. No lock-in, no rent on your own tool.

  1. Audit and architecture

Your market, your competitors’ search presence, what your customers type into Google, and the structure that answers it. One site or several, which languages, what each page must do.

  2. Design system

Typography, colour palette, components and page layouts, approved on screen before a line of the site is built. Your brand, applied with discipline.

  3. Build

WordPress, built properly: fast, secure, easy for you to update, with bookings, chat and payments integrated where they belong.

  4. Content and search

Page copy, titles and descriptions written for people and for Google, in every language you sell in. Articles that bring the right visitors, month after month.

  5. Launch

Speed and security checks, redirects from your old site so nothing is lost, Search Console and Google Business connected, then the switch, with the old site kept as a safety net.

  6. Handover and support

Your credentials, a recorded training session, and a defect support period after launch. Then you run it, or we keep looking after it for you.

Before you write to us

We are not the right fit for every project, and we would rather say so now

A good platform takes thought, content and time on both sides. If what you need is simpler than that, there are cheaper and faster options, and we will happily tell you so.

We do not build

  • Showcase sites: a few pages online “to have something”, with no plan behind them.
  • Landing pages for a campaign or a one-off launch.
  • Sites that must go live next week with content still to be written.
  • Projects under 60,000 THB. A platform built properly starts there, and most of ours sit above it depending on scope and languages.

We work well with

  • Owners who think in years, not weeks, and want a tool that keeps bringing customers.
  • Businesses with something real to say: a place, a service, a story worth ranking for.
  • People who want a developer who asks questions, argues back when needed, and takes responsibility for the result.

We build your platform as if it were our own.

Because we run one. Franco-media.com has been online since 2007, written in three languages, and it lives on the same thing we build for you: search visibility that turns into business. Every decision we make for your site is one we have already had to make for ours.

A few questions so our first reply is useful. We answer within two working days, with questions of our own rather than a price list; the quote comes after we understand the project.

We read every message personally. Your details stay with us and are used only to answer you.

No newsletter, no automated follow-up. One reply, from a person.
