Our cellar specialises in small-scale estates whose productions range from 10,000 to 200,000 bottles — and an impressive 90% of these are family-owned domaines. We are equally proud that between 80 and 90% of our producers practise organic or sustainable farming. It is this pursuit of meaning and deep respect for the land that guides every choice we make.

Our curiosity also drives us to unearth hidden gems that remain largely undiscovered: artisanal Tequilas, small-batch blended whiskies, exceptional rums, refined Swiss eaux-de-vie, and grappas crafted from the finest quality fruit.
